Intro Class: Our mandatory Intro Class is designed for all new clients. This class provides a comprehensive introduction to the Reformer, including how to operate the equipment, change springs, and perform basic movements. It also serves as an introduction to the principles of Reformer Pilates.
Reformer Classes: Whether you’re an early bird or a night owl, we have classes to fit every schedule. Our Reformer Classes are conducted in a flowing manner, with exercises layered on top of each other. This approach allows both beginners and advanced practitioners to train at their own level within the same class, progressing at their own pace. Each class emphasizes deep muscle activation and control through resistance and bodyweight exercises. These classes are suitable for all fitness levels and will help you strengthen, tone, and tighten your entire body.
Stretch and Restore Classes: Designed for all fitness levels, our Stretch and Restore Classes utilize the Reformer machine to perform deep muscle stretches, enhancing movement and flexibility. This class is a great way to relax your muscles and is an essential part of the recovery process.
Ageless Vitality Class: This class is perfect for those who enjoy music from the sixties to the nineties and want to exercise in a safe, controlled manner. We focus on strengthening muscles, improving balance, and enhancing stability to help prevent falls. Clients with injuries are also welcome, as we can adapt exercises to meet your needs.
Male-Only Classes: Reformer Pilates was originally created by Joseph Pilates for men. We understand that some may feel more comfortable in a male-only environment. Our Male-Only Classes, held on Mondays and Thursdays, focus on using higher spring settings and intense muscle activation.
